Corporate Secretary Kerwin Padua, Governor Regina Hahn Siy, Executive Director Sonny Ducay, 8990 President Atty. Anthony Vincent Sotto and Atty. Hazel Helmuth.During the meeting, Pag-IBIG briefed SHDA on its 2025 accomplishments and targets. SHDA raised key concerns, including:✅ The 3% and 6.5% interest rates for minimum wage earners under socialized housing programs✅ The issuance of a BIR-specific ruling and the release of all applications✅ The proposed increase in the loan threshold for end-buyers from ₱6 million to ₱10 millionPag-IBIG, in turn, encouraged SHDA developers to actively participate in the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program and maximize the ₱156-billion housing fund for 2025.
