POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT. #DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling engages key officials of the country's two top developers' groups in a second meeting in less than a month to discuss positive ways forward and further improvement of existing policies, including accelerating socialized housing production.During the meeting Kerwin Padua, national president of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association, Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP) President Charlie Brown Tan, and SHDA's former president Francis Villegas presented some suggestions on how to further improve existing DHSUD policies.For his part, Secretary Aliling stressed that DHSUD's doors are wide open for sustained engagements and productive dialogues with all stakeholders, particularly private developers that serve as vital partners in the nationwide implementation of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s flagship Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
