𝐒𝐇𝐃𝐀 𝐈𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧SHDA delegation led by Chairman Engr. Francis Richmond Villegas, National President Kerwin Padua, together with 2nd Vice President Arnold Choa, Corporate Secretary Atty. Mena Ojeda, Jr. Assistant Corporate Secretary Clarissa De Joya, Governors Anthony Noel and Joel Punzalan, Advisers, Jeffrey Ng, Bansan Choa, and George Siy, and Executive Director Santiago Ducay met with DTI Undersecretary and BOI Managing Head Ceferino Rodolfo Jr. and Director Annie Raganit for a Courtesy Visit last February 11, 2026 at the Philippine Board of Investments Office, Makati City. During the meeting, SHDA expressed its appreciation for BOI's support for the Inclusion of Mass Housing in the 2025-2027 Strategic Investments Priority Program, the document in which it is still in the process of being signed. The BOI on the other hand, commended SHDA's contribution in influencing the country's economic managers especially DEPDev in highlighting the positive impact of housing in the economy. In line with this, the BOI also suggested to the group the exploration of Public-Private Partnerships with LGUs in housing projects. Furthermore, the BOI also informed SHDA of the recently-launched RBE Taxpayer Service that provides a more streamlined end-to-end tax administration for Registered Business Enterprises (RBEs).
