JV Ejercito, held on April 22, 2026, on the impact of DHSUD MC No. 2025-014 and Related Issuances on Housing Production.Chairman Francis Villegas highlighted the developers' challenges with respect to the changes in the processes of approval of LTS, which was centralized with the DHSUD. Specifically, he cited the prolonged timelines, multilayered evaluation procedures, and centralized approval mechanism within the DHSUD. SHDA manifested the need to act on priority concerns, including:1. Decentralized approval of LTS to the regional level2. Targeted rollback of provisions arising from MC 2025-014 and related issuances3.
