SHDA proudly congratulates our member-developers recognized at the Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026, organized by Dot Property and Lamudi on September 17 at Okada Manila under the theme "The New Era.”
The awards recognize outstanding developers and developments across the country’s real estate industry.
🏆 Federal Land, Inc. dominated the awards with multiple wins, earning Personality of the Year for Chairman and CEO Alfred V. Ty, Developer of the Year 2026, and the Special Award for Community Builder. Its developments across Metro Manila and Metro Cebu were recognized in investment property, retail, mixed-use, mid-range, transit-oriented, starter-home, and community-centric categories, with awards for Marco Polo Residences, The Grand Midori Ortigas, Mitsukoshi BGC, The Seasons Residences, Valencia Hills Tower E, Quantum Residences, Siena Towers, and Hartwood Village.
🏆P.A. PROPERTIES Hankyu Hanshin was named Best Developer for Luzon
🏆 Filinvest Land received Best Developer honors for Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao, alongside the Excellence in Urban Living award for Studio N at Filinvest City.
🏆 Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. received Project of the Year 2026 for Camella Praverde by Camella, as well as Best Housing Developer in Visayas and Mindanao for Camella. Its developments also received awards for investment property, multigenerational housing, lifestyle development, and student residential development, including The Upstate by Vista Manors, Camella Praverde by Camella, Siena by Crown Asia, and Hawthorne Heights by Vista Residences.
🏆 Aboitiz Land, Inc. was recognized with Best Master-Planned Development for Ajoya Cabanatuan.
🏆 Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. received Excellence in Boutique Gated Community Living for 68 Roces.
