SHDA celebrates our member-developers who were recognized at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2026, held last August 20 at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila under the theme "Defined by Excellence."

Cebu Landmasters, Inc., led by President and CEO Jose Franco B. Soberano, dominated the night with nine wins including Best Developer, Best Developer (Visayas), and Best Developer (Mindanao), along with Best Housing Developer, plus recognitions for Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue, The Wave Towers, North Grove at Pristina Town, Casa Mira Homes GenSan, and Astra Lifestyle Centre, cementing its position as the leading developer in Visayas and Mindanao.

Aboitiz Land, Inc., led by President and CEO Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, was named Best Developer (Luzon) and took home Best Lifestyle Housing Development for The Villages at LIMA Estate, a community built around integrated, sustainable living.

Filinvest Land Inc., led by President and CEO Tristaneil Las Marias, was recognized as Best Large Scale Housing Developer, with Claremont winning Best Affordable Housing Development (Luzon) and Futura Homes Palm Estates winning Best Housing Development (Visayas), reflecting the company's reach across both affordability and lifestyle housing.

Damosa Land, Inc., led by President Ricardo F. Lagdameo, earned Best Boutique Developer for the second consecutive year, along with Best Investment Condo Development and Best Beachfront Condotel Architectural Design for TRYP by Wyndham Samal, strengthening its role in elevating Mindanao's real estate landscape.

PHirst Park Homes, Inc., under the helm of President and CEO Ricky M. Celis, was awarded Best Community Developer, with PHirst Park Homes GenSan winning Best First Home Development. The recognition was received on behalf of the company by Arnel Eusebio, VP for Project Management Division, highlighting its work in building accessible first-home communities.

Wee Community Developers, Inc., led by Founder and CEO Cesar Wee Jr., won Best Mid End Condo Development (Metro Davao) for Destine Davao and Best Affordable Condo Development (Luzon) for Newtowne Dasmariñas, marking nearly two decades of building homes with a focus on comfort and affordability.

P.A. PROPERTIES Hankyu Hanshin Inc., led by CEO and President Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, took home Best Housing Development (Overall and Luzon) for Idesia, plus Best Premium First Home Development, recognizing Idesia's design as a community co-created by Filipino and Japanese teams across Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and Bulacan.
