Chairman Engr. Francis Richmond Villegas, National President Kerwin Padua, 1st Vice President Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, Assistant Corporate Secretary Clarissa De Joya, Governor Anthony Noel, Board Adviser Bansan Choa, Executive Director Santiago Ducay, and Strategic Associate Kim Berberabe participated in the ARTA Multi-Stakeholder Housing Forum and the launch of Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 1, Series of 2026, on the "Streamlining and Digitalizing the Processes Involved in the Acquisition, Construction, Development, and Disposition of All Housing Developments," held on August 4, 2026, at the Penthouse of the Anti-Red Tape Authority on Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.

Director General Ernesto Perez congratulated all the stakeholders on the remarkable partnership and collaboration forged in the preparation of the JMC. He noted that this is just the beginning of a strong and steadfast camaraderie among the 15 government agencies and the private sector. During the event, officials from various government agencies, including DHSUD, MGB, EMB, BIR, LRA, NCCA, CIAP, and NEA, also presented their newly streamlined processes for all housing developments

SHDA National President Kerwin Padua expressed SHDA's continuing support for ARTA in sustaining the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders involved in the housing development process. He also affirmed that SHDA will remain a reliable partner of ARTA in delivering its mandate of enhancing the ease of doing business in the country.
