SHDA National President Kerwin Padua participated as one of the panelists of the webinar "Sealing the Digital Future: eNotarization & the Philippine Real Estate Sector" last July 10, 2026. The webinar was jointly organized by the Land Registration Authority (LRA), the Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP), the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA), the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP), the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (REBAP), and Twala. It brought together key stakeholders to discuss the rollout of electronic notarization under A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC (the Supreme Court's Rules on Electronic Notarization) and its implications for the Philippine real estate industry.
In his message of support, President Padua expressed the significant impact of introducing electronic notarization as a timely and noteworthy solution for ease of doing business, thereby ensuring that housing units are delivered to Filipino families in a timely and efficient manner.
