𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: During the SHDA Kapihan Panay Chapter conducted on June 26, key updates on land registration were shared. Atty. Giovanni Alfonso Miraflores, Director of the Registry of Deeds – Region VI (Iloilo Province), presented the Land Registration Authority’s digitalization initiatives and developments in the land titling process.
Updates on regional housing finance followed, with Engr. Noli Armada, Vice President for the Operations Group for Mindanao and Visayas of Pag-IBIG, sharing information on member services, developer- and broker-related processes, and ongoing programs supporting homebuyers and housing development.
