Ms. Eva Maria P. Marfil, Director of Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Region VI, provided updates on regulatory guidelines; Atty. Giovanni Alfonso Miraflores, Director of Region VI of the Registry of Deeds in Iloilo Province, discussed the Land Registration Authority’s digitalization initiatives to improve the land titling process; and Engr. Noli D. Armada, Vice President for the Operations Group for Visayas and Mindanao of Pag-IBIG Fund, shared regional updates on the agency’s programs.
