𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐒π₯𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐂. π€πœπ¨π¬π­πšThe SHDA New Set of Officers for 2026, led by Chairman Francis Z. Villegas and President Kerwin Padua, paid a courtesy call on HDMF CEO Marilene C. Acosta. SHDA is the country’s leading organization of housing developers engaged in horizontal and vertical housing production, helping the government address the country’s housing needs.SHDA President Kerwin Padua extended SHDA’s gratitude and appreciation to HDMF CEO Marilene Acosta for her steadfast and continued efforts to ensure sustainable and accessible funds for Pag-IBIG members and the housing industry.Under her leadership, the Pag-IBIG Fund has remained responsive to the needs of home buyers, developers, and industry stakeholders.HDMF CEO Marilene Acosta enjoined the continued support and cooperation of housing developers, particularly in building economic and socialized housing programs for Fund members. She emphasized that all programs of the Fund are geared toward serving Pag-IBIG members, including informally employed workers who have no access to formal financing. Joseph Quiboloy, VP Jack Maglunsod, VP Jack Jacinto, and Department Manager III Tina Marie Gabiosa.She noted that in the years to come, HDMF intends to lower lending interest rates to around 3 percent and provide up to 10 percent dividends for MP2 savers. CEO Acosta also highlighted the importance of the housing sector as an economic pump primer that boosts the economy while serving as a form of social intervention.Deputy CEO Alexander Aguilar noted that the Fund has been open to innovative programs to support developers and ultimately benefit Fund members, such as direct investments and possible equity partnerships.Engr.
