SHDA 34th National Developers Convention brought together over 400 housing and real estate stakeholders, including policymakers, regulators, financial institutions, and industry leaders, on September 16–17, 2026, at the Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Centered on the theme “Elevate: Sustaining Progress through Collaboration and Strategic Housing Innovations,” the convention provided a platform for dialogue on housing policy, development, and delivery.
The convention concluded with the adoption of 7-point resolutions focused on strengthening collaboration with government, improving housing processes and ease of doing business, supporting digitalization, advancing affordable and sustainable housing, and responding to shifting market needs and housing preferences.
This year’s convention also expanded its discussions to include market trends, design, and innovation, bringing new perspectives on changing homebuyer preferences, connectivity, sustainability, creative strategy, and the future of communities.
Join us again in Iloilo on October 7–8, 2027 for the next National Developers Convention. Stay tuned for updates!
