Francis Villegas and President Kerwin Padua, and joined by Executive Director Santiago Ducay, Adviser George Siy, Robinsons Land EVP Atty. Deogracias Grafil, and 8990 Holdings Atty. Hazel Helmuth, met with LRA Administrator Atty. Gerardo Sirios on January 22, 2026, at the Land Registration Authority in Quezon City. LRA Administrator Sirios was joined by Engr. SJ Pastrami, Chief of the Information, Communication, and Technology Division.During the meeting, Atty. Sirios informed the group that there is now zero backlog in the supply of judicial forms in all Registries of Deeds nationwide. Likewise, he mentioned the LRA’s introduction of cashless payments, as well as other digital programs, as part of its efforts to modernize the LRA into a paperless government office. Furthermore, Atty.
