Atty. Gerardo Sirios of the Land Registration Authority (LRA) presented digital initiatives including cashless payments and streamlined services. Engr. Surita Pedrozo of DHSUD HREDRB and Atty. Lyndon Juntilla of DHSUD IV-A shared updates on policy issuances and regulatory guidelines. South Luzon Chapter Chairman Engr. Mark Wesley Dalida delivered the welcome remarks, while SHDA President Kerwin V. Padua underscored the importance of continued collaboration in advancing a more efficient and sustainable housing industry.
